We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Must include original packaging and tags
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

❗ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards and items purchased on sale

🔄 Exchanges
To get a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item and make a new purchase after the return is accepted.
EU 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason—no explanation needed.
The item must meet the same conditions: unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
